- Does the hotel have private parking?
The hotel does not have a private parking. There are a few spaces in front of the hotel, but these are subject to availability upon arrival.
- Do you have a towel service?
We have a beach towel service at our front desk with no charge.
- Is there a nearby restaurant that serves drinks and snacks on the beach?
The restaurant next door to the hotel brings drinks and food from their menu to clients on the beach if they request it while they are enjoying our beach on the sun chairs.
- Is breakfast included in the rates?

- Do you have an all inclusive program?
We do not have an all inclusive program. Our hotels fantastic location allows clients to really experience Playa del Carmen. The famous 5th Avenue with its extensive offer of restaurants, bars and shops really eliminates the need for an all inclusive program.
- Do you have a restaurant on the premises?
We do not have a restaurant on the premises. However, we work with a next door restaurant that can offer you Room Service breakfast in the comfort of your room. Should you decide to enjoy breakfast or any other meal in your room please advise any member of our Front Desk Team before 8 PM and we will make it happen. This service is external to the hotel and paid directly to the restaurant staff.
- How far is it from Playa del Carmen's bus station to the hotel?
From the bus station to the hotel takes about 15 minutes to walk and 5 minutes in taxi.
- Do you have a shuttle services from and to the hotel for arrivals at Cancun airport?
We do not have a shuttle Service included in our rates. Transfers can be booked separately in the services part of our website.
