Reservation, Payment & Cancellation Policies

• Based on availability, the hotel will provide a confirmation number within 48 hours upon request has been acknowledged and payment has been processed.
• A valid credit card number is required to confirm a reservation.
• The credit card will be charged in Mexican Pesos at the prevailing official bank exchange rate at the moment the credit card is charged.
• All cancellations should be notified in writing.
• There is a $25 USD non refundable service charge per cancellation anytime.
• Two days deposit will be charged to the credit card at the time of reservation. Balance due is payable upon arrival.
• If cancellation is not received 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit is non refundable
• Unused nights, early departures and no shows are non refundable.

Length of stay policy:

• For reservations arriving from January 05, 2011 to December 21, 2011
• The minimum length of stay is two nights
• Easter ( April 15 to 24, 2011)
• The minimum length of stay is three nights
• Thanksgiving ( Nov 19 to 27, 2011)
• The minimum length of stay is three nights
• For reservations arriving from December 22, 2011 to January 04, 2012
  • The minimum length of stay is seven nights

Winter season: Dec 22,2011 to Jan 05, 2012

• 50% of the total balance stay will be charged to the credit card at the time of reservation.
• If cancellation is not received 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit is non refundable.
• Unused nights, early departures and no shows are non refundable.
